Growth: Program Growth & Holistic Impact

We will expand our programming to deepen prison ministry and share the transformative love of Jesus across Georgia state prisons, building on our current presence in nine facilities and our role as a Prison Fellowship Justice Ambassador. We will develop comprehensive youth programming that extends beyond our current summer camps and Angel Tree support, creating year-round opportunities for children and families. Additionally, we will introduce wraparound health and wellness services that address the physical, mental, and emotional needs of those we serve — ensuring that our support goes beyond crisis intervention to foster long-term flourishing.

Policy & Advocacy for Systemic Equity

We will deepen and expand our relationships with local, state, and federal policymakers to advocate for systemic change that addresses the root causes of poverty, incarceration, and inequality. Building on our Second Chance Month advocacy in Washington, D.C., we will position the Hope Center as a trusted voice for justice reform, housing equity, workforce development, and family stability — ensuring that the stories of those we serve inform the policies that shape their futures.

Digital Excellence & Operational Strength

We will invest in technology-forward tools and operational systems that increase our impact through efficiency, organization, and data-driven decision-making. By strengthening our digital infrastructure, we will better track outcomes, streamline service delivery, communicate our impact to stakeholders, and equip our team and volunteers to serve with excellence — ensuring that every resource is maximized for the people and families who depend on us.

Geographic Reach & Community Expansion

We will extend our services beyond DeKalb County to reach underserved communities across Georgia. By establishing new partnerships, satellite service hubs, and regional collaborations, we will bring the Hope Center's model of compassionate, comprehensive support to families in crisis throughout the state — multiplying our impact and ensuring that more Georgians have access to hope, stability, and opportunity.
